Jaedyn Andreotti, a native of Vernon, BC, Canada, began her performing career as a Rhythmic Gymnast at age seven, eventually earning a spot on the Canadian National Team, providing her with opportunities to compete all over North and South America and Europe.
However, throughout all of her travels, the stage was her favourite place she’d ever been. Every year, she got a taste of it through her Gymnastics Club’s annual performing arts production. For Jaedyn, being part of a cast that used all kinds of movement to spin a tale and make the audience feel things was the best feeling. When she wasn’t busy training at the gym, she was singing and dancing in the shower to cast albums and daydreaming about gracing a Broadway stage.
When the time came to hang up her hoop, Jaedyn made the choice to move to New York City to continue her training and make her dreams happen. She began dancing in the Steps on Broadway International Independent Study Program and the Steps Conservatory. And so, her journey continued, fueled by a sense of playfulness, curiosity and an insatiable love for the stage.
Jaedyn currently lives in Manhattan on an O1 Artists Visa. She continues to train in a wide array of dance styles and works weekly with a vocal coach to continue expanding her toolbox. She is grateful for the family she has made in NYC and looks forward to living more of her life on and off stage!
